video projection mapping onto the outside of this
building was cancelled due to over crowding but the
recently restored building on its own is worth a visit
anyway so not too much of a loss

there was snow cover outside this stunning building
making it look like a ufo which landed in the snow

I remember when this area was a wasteland. it now
has many homes and shops complete with a cable car
service. how things change...

the exhibition was one of the best i have seen at this
gallery. universe was one of the things that came to
mind regarding this work

this area of the river is full of activities every summer
and this stood out for appearing scary, rising up to
such a height...

not bad for a temporary structure. looks serene but as
i took this, all around me was full of life and
movements.

not quite sure what was going on here but they sure did 

attract a lot of attention.

a white room with sun streaming through the windows.
magical...

the pavilion this year is understated but unconventional.

inside, it is very soothing.

the new building is much more welcoming than before 

with a good view over other buildings from the top 

floor.

never seen so many tv in one place before... this is just
a small section. the noise was deafening both visually
and audibly.

could not help noticing this mound resembling one of the
most famous mountains in the world.

still cold but cherry blossoms are out suggesting that
spring is just round the corner...

looking down onto a street where a now defunct

legendary music club stood. it was here that some of

the most famous punk/rock bands from this city played

regularly. the site is now an upmarket clothing store.

sign of the times indeed...

this building is absolutely wonderful but not many

people get to see this part as they are more enamoured,

and rightly so, by the more famous ramp that runs

through the whole building from the top to the bottom.

the museum was all dark inside which i liked. as i got

to the top floor, i was reminded of the blue sky

outside which i also liked.

with the night time illumination, the building appeared

like something out of a sf film, perhaps an ufo? inside
was just as other worldly.
